C-Suite, a SaaS Enterprise Governance Solution
Owned by CMC Technology, the 4th biggest technology solution provider in Vietnam, C-Suite is an all-in-one business management platform designed to streamline and automate various aspects of organizational processes. The web app offers a wide range of tools for customer relationship management (CRM), project management, team collaboration, and communication.
I joined C-Suite when there were only 5 people on the team. 2 months later, C-Suite was officially on Appstore and CH Play. We later grew to a department of more than 30 members.

This module was developed to improve internal communication and enhance employee satisfaction. It enables HR teams to design and configure customized notifications on the C-Suite platform, streamlining communication and ensuring relevant information reaches employees efficiently.

How effective the message is based on the report on your admin dashboard, showing the number of sent and read messages

Knowing the product
I spent the first month digging deep into the product to comprehend its nature, aims, purposes, market, competitors, and virtue. I worked with the product owner to unify the goals and challenges of the current web and review the web branding guidelines. During this initial phase of the project, I focused on studying the product and aligning its goals with broader business objectives. My responsibilities included:

Conducted extensive research into the product's core features, target audience, and overall market positioning to grasp its unique value proposition

Planning
As a key project coordinator, I managed the planning and scheduling processes to ensure successful project execution. This role required close attention to detail, effective time management, and strong communication skills to drive the project toward timely completion.

Creating wireframes
I was also responsible for developing the wireframes for the website, ensuring a user-centric design approach while collaborating with key stakeholders.
My tasks related to wireframe creation included:
Wireframe Development
Designed wireframes for 10 key pages of the website, focusing on structuring content and layout to optimize user experience and navigation flow

Writing and Editing
My major responsibility was content. Besides the texts on each page, I was in charge of mini white pages and blog posts. I completed in total 16 articles, 9 of which are currently visible on the website.

Search Engine Optimizing
I am responsible for optimizing a website’s visibility on search engines, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings through a strategic approach.
My role involves conducting keyword research to identify high-value search terms, optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, content, and headers, and ensuring the website is structured in a search-friendly manner.
One of my toughest achievements was bringing the website to the Top 1 search result for the highly competitive keywords "powerful chatbot" and "powerful enterprise chatbot" within six months. This required overcoming strong competition and implementing advanced SEO strategies, resulting in a significant increase in organic traffic and sustained visibility.

Tracking & analyzing
I leveraged Google Analytics to gather and analyze performance statistics, ensuring the data was both accurate and actionable. I generated detailed visual reports every week, providing key performance metrics such as traffic, user behavior, bounce rates, and conversion rates. These reports offered critical insights into how users interacted with the site, allowing for data-driven decision-making. Based on the findings, I collaborated with the content and design teams to refine the website text and improve the overall user flow, aiming to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
